The idea
Hello........Once again the summer season is upon us.
On the 21st July 2018, ASAN will be holding their annual festival for the local community.
There will be a range of activities that the local community, both adults and children, can enjoy on this fun day, including:-
Arts & Crafts
Face Painting
Sports
Food
Entertainment (Including Live Music and Dance)
Donkey Rides
We aim to develop community engagement and development by providing ways for people in the local area to connect and build ongoing, permanent relationships.
What we'll deliver
- By Hosting the festival we will increase ownership and engage with the community
- By strengthening community, decrease crime and anti social behavior
- Up-skilling the local area through volunteering opportunities
Why it's a great idea
It allows an opportunity to celebrate the diversity in the context of difficulty and provide relief from the challenges of life
Steps to get it done
- Confirming bookings (stall holders,VIPs' Attendance, etc.)
- Publish site map and promotional materials
- Delivering festival
- Review on completion
