Help Illingworth Cricket Club survive through the Coronovirus crisis

Illingworth Cricket Club operates both junior and senior teams in The Halifax Cricket Leagues. It aims to encourage children from 8 years upwards to play cricket and progress to senior level. The club also offers a community facility through access to its club house and grounds. It is likely that for the first time in its long history, no cricket will be played due to the Coronavirus Epidemic and the club will be unable to generate any revenue during 2020. The club has substantial overheads which will continue despite a lack of revenue and we now appeal to our players, members and friends in the community to help the club during this difficult period.

We provide a much needed sports facility in North Halifax along with a club house which is available for local and community functions and events. The club provides coaching to juniors to encourage an understanding and love of cricket.

VolunteerIllingworth Cricket Club has a long history in providing great sporting facilities for all ages from juniors through to senior league cricketers. It now operates in The Halifax Cricket League and offers excellent coaching, playing as well as social facilities in North Halifaxbb
