A fortnightly/monthly disco for adults with disabilities in order to make friends and form relationships

I would like to organise a regular night out for adults with disabilities as there are no organisations offering vulnerable people the chance to make friends or form relationships. I would like to see adults that cannot access public services enjoy a regular night out with their parents/carers and be integrated into society more. Maybe a function room be hired that has a bar and a dj so that disabled people have the same quality of life as "normal" adults. They would be in a safe environment surrounded by people with similar problems and not made to feel embarassed, intimidated or anxious.

Why it's a great idea:
There are no organisations within the local or surrounding areas to allow adults with disabilities to have a night out without feeling intimidated or anxious. There is nowhere for them to form relationships and meet friends on a regular basis in a social environment.
Steps to get it done:
This would greatly improve the lives of many people with disabilities to live a relatively normal life.

VolunteerMy son has complex needs. He has learning disabilities, partially deaf and has physical disabilities. He cannot talk, he dribbles and cannot access public services without an adult. He is 26 years old and I have looked within the local and surrounding areas for discos where he would have the opportunity to make friends and possibly form a relationship to no avail. He loves to dance, has a great sense of humour and is desperate to go out as an adult should. Although he dosnt drink he loves the environment as it gives him an opportunity to express himself.
