We are down at Sogal Cults today to tell you about our upcoming clubhouse project. I am going to talk to you today about the new project we've got on. We're going to replace all of this, which is our current outdoor portaloos, our current container cabin of storage, our current little cafe in the front there. We're going to replace it with a massive clubhouse. So we've got a lovely outdoor facility as you can see here. We've got lovely space for the players to sit and families together, but we'd love to create that space indoors as well. Now we're going for a full carbon neutral clubhouse. We're looking at generating it's own net renewable solar electricity, generating 9 / 9000 kilowatt hours of electricity on it's own completely off grid. It'll be a complete carbon neutral situation. So by constructing the clubhouse, we'll save 1.7 tonnes of CO2 emissions each year through being on a self sustainable grid. So at Sawgall we are very keen on the safety and welfare of our players and our families as well. We're making sure that we're working with the FA, we're keeping children and young people safe in football. That's what we're looking to. Do the Pitchers itself won a Grounds Award of the year for grassroots football in the Northwest last year from the FA? Which is really helpful to us because it allows us to work very closely with the Football Foundation. And this allowed us to really push on with our clubhouse project that the Football Foundation is genuinely helping us to fund the pitches themselves or in Immaculate condition. They're great for grassroots football. Down at Sea Hill here, we have just under 600 players currently on our registers. Our players range from age 5 all the way up to age 78. We will be running the project on the Space Hive platform and it will soon be live for you to donate.
