Hi, I'm Nadia and I'm here to talk about what may well be the most critical piece of equipment we have here at the Subs. Every single activity which takes place here hinges on this unsung hero. It keeps the water hot and keeps the rooms warm. I am of course talking about the boiler being open relies completely on this piece of equipment, but this boiler here is a veteran of more than three decades working non-stop while it chugged on year in year out. But it's now had enough and it's close to breaking point. The Subs is visited by over 100,000 people a year of all ages. We pride ourselves on being here for everyone and for bringing our community together, so it's critical that we deal with this issue now before this old boiler packs up in the middle of the winter, leaving us with an operational disaster.
