TYVENOM FOOTBALL ACADEMY Small Group football sessions 6x player Is open to male, female, age range is 8 - 12, beginners, Elite and also the most important is the love for football and being active. The days are Monday, Tuesday, Friday and all of them are 6pm - 9pm and also Sunday is 1pm - 4pm Locations is Croft, Haydon or Oasis Leisure Centre sports halls but towards the summer it will be outside. Their will also be a football programme if the players want one, it will have information what their goals are and what they want to improve on in a short time or long time periods.

What we'll deliver:

  • Football
  • Fitness

Why it's a great idea:

To help the young people be more active instead of staying at home and playing on their Xbox, PS4 or watching TV. It will also benefit football clubs within the area by developing individuals in a non-competitive environment, also by using the GLL facilities, this also highlights other activities happening in and around the centre and the wider community (i.e. running clubs, gym, aerobic sessions and other leisure activities.

Steps to get it done:

  • book the sports hall for a season
  • buy football equipment's for example footballs x10, cones x20 , ladder x1, steps x20 and bids x10
  • decide when to start the sessions
  • go to primary schools in Swindon and hand out leaflet about the project
  • free training session for one time
  • start my own football academy social media so for example Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • plan the session
  • make a football schedule so i know who is in the first session and then the second session and then the third session
  • get some feedback from the kids and to see what they like about the project and what could be improved

first football session is free 3 football session a day 50 minutes per session
