Managed by professional it will give support to dogs with special needs such as aggressive dog but also training for basic discipline from puppy classes to advanced training for any dog of any age and any breed.
The warden will be based here and issues in the community will be solved through the Ealing dog centre.
It will provide activities for dog and their owner like agility, fly ball, fitness program design for the needs of each dogs if needed.
More than a phone line this will be an address where the dog community can set up and find support 5 days a week and 2 weekends a month.
The community will find all informations regarding UK dog laws and legislations.
Working with the local council helping to regulate the use of our Parks and providing a more enjoyable Park experience for all.
What we'll deliver:
Why it's a great idea:
It is a great idea because at the moment there's nothing like this anywhere in London and there are a lot of dogs in this city.
it is a unique and complete concept providing all that is needed for dogs
There is a demand for it.
It is affordable to most of the population.
it is not a private business but a partnership with council, Vets, groomer and trainer in the community for the community.
it will give Ealing a Warden that is on the field and a physical person to talk to for any enquiry support or help regarding dogs.
It will regulate the use of Park, fees to be paid by dog walker to use public space, respect for the legislation (4 dogs maximum all on lead at the time) dog walkers operating in Ealing to be fully insured and to drive the dog in a vehicle adapted to that specific needs. If this latter point was enforceable this would lead to cleaner parks for all to use without undue dog fouling created by 'dog walkers' who walk with too many dogs.
Steps to get it done:
Dogs deserve a more active existence. Play areas ,tennis courts ,footballs fields and other facilities are available for humans but there are no facilities available in public parks to enhance a dog's life or help it reach it's potential. Dogs bring people together so to have a central focus for Dog issues, Dog Activities training and support will be a true co-operative community project.
