This project is an off-grid direct current microgrid featuring a set of photovoltaic PV panels, smart battery storage with built-in inverter, filtered & treated cold or warm air handling system (under user control) and a charge controller. The system is mounted on a trailer ready to travel to any location in the borough for exhibition, demo, education and training purposes. The internal environment will feature the latest in dc lighting, dc refrigeration and connected sensors, controllers & Internet of Things. The system has inbuilt capacity to switch automatically to end the Is-landing mode, but this is not recommended. All our clients, friends and families can request a demonstration. Community groups can invite us to anywhere in the borough for a demonstration using our booking system.
