I have been teaching Irish Traditional Music in Slough for the past 6 months to a class of 6 to 8 students. The classes are free to anyone who wants to learn and I have committed myself to a two-hour class where the Musical Tradition is being passed on to another generation. I am semi-retired and self-employed and my income has fallen significantly in recent months. It would make a huge difference to myself and the class to have this session funded.

What we'll deliver:

• Run weekly Irish Traditional Music Classes in Slough for the next 12 months

Why it's a great idea:

It will significantly benefit the community in that anyone interested will be able to learn the Traditional Music of Ireland. Slough has had a large Irish Community for many decades. It would be a wonderful thing to pass on the Musical Tradition to second and third generation Irish (and anyone else) here in Slough.
