Due to the impact of Covid-19 hitting all sport we would like the local community along with the ECB to help support our club during this difficult time.
Thirsk Cricket Club has been providing cricket for the local people for nearly 170 years, since being founded in 1851. The 2020 cricket season was due to begin on 18 April, and is currently suspended until at least 1 July. After a long winter and all the pre-season expenditure needed to prepare for the season we require your help to keep the club running. we would normally be running our usual fundraising activities such as cake stalls, quiz and bingo nights. The English Cricket Board have agreed to matchfund the first £100 raised. Please help give us whatever support you can, any donation would be greatly appriciated.

VolunteerThirsk Cricket Club is a club with a very proud heritage, founded in 1851. We have a wide reach in our local community, with over 90 members starting from 5 years old.
Last season we ran three Saturday senior teams as well as a mid-week evening league side. As far as junior cricket is concerned we had junior coaching and teams for U5’s, U7s, U9s, U11s, U13s and U15 age groups.
Project Owner: Thirsk Cricket Club The Project Owner takes legal responsibility for receiving and spending the funds raised and ensuring the project is delivered.
