We want to enable and assist the elderly and young people to come together and transform St Paul's Church's neglected garden to a beautiful community garden space

We are partnering with local community group Jam and St Paul's Church Hammersmith to transform the churches neglected garden space in to a beautiful community garden. We aim to hire 100 volunteers and enable the young and old to help develop and maintain the garden space aswell as provide gardening activities and workshops to those that may be suffering with isolation.

The project will benefit the community for young people and the elderly, giving them access to their own community garden space to encourage the community to come together to do social activities, gardening and workshops.
