We've identified a few key locations for the Bounceway that will be accessible to Londoners and vsitors to the capital and our final decision will be determined by your responses. Key criteria is being close to a public transport link.
Where do you think the Bounceway should be located?

What we'll deliver:

• The Bounceway is installed in a trench so the actual bouncing surface is at ground level.
• If the opportunity arises to beautify the surrounding area with planting and seating we would do that.

Why it's a great idea:

This will be a new addition to the street scene providing a novel way to move about.
The Bounceway can be enjoyed by everybody: young and old, people who aren't particularly keen on exercise, people who like jumping, wheelchair users, exercise lovers, babies in their buggies. The Bounceway is for everyone.
The Bounceway is perfectly safe and has plenty of fitness benefits - jumping perks up the metabolism, tones muscles, burns calories and induces joy, frees the spirit. We say - everybody bounce!

Architecture for Humanity believes that small initiatives within a local community can have a profoundly wonderful impact. We think the Bounceway has the potential to kick start something very positive.

Steps to get it done:

• One day we'd like to see Bounceways all around the captial. This is our first step!
• We'd like to install the Bounceway in a prime London location so accessible to all.
• We have a team of architects, designers, engineers working on the project, adapting a German made system for London.

Our vision is to one day deliver Bounceways all around the capital which will benefit many streets and communities across London. By choosing a first location and running a crowdfunding campaign, we hope to capture the imagination of all and inspire many more Bounceways!
