We run a thriving café in Loughborough Junction, serving vegetarian cooking to the local community, with a focus on health, wellbeing and sustainability. We provide local people with access to healthy and nutritious food and a welcoming space to feel at home. As well as delivering workshops around health, wellbeing and sustainability for the community, we will offer a structured programme of skills training for volunteers and provide business support for budding cooks in the local area. The cafe will be available for community and private hire, generating a rental income from the organisations, food businesses and residents in the area who are keen to hire the space.
