The Mount (greenspace) is dark, unsafe and riddled with public drug use, public drinking and antisocial behaviour. Residents feel unsafe. We aim to put up lighting, bins, litter picking sticks, cameras and beautify it - for the benefit of all. We'd like to create Aylesbury's first wildlife garden to encourage bees, butterflies and other beneficial insects and wildlife. We'd like to put up lights ensuring residents feel safe - and cameras too. There will be additional bins with litter picking sticks to encourage residents to be socially responsible and pick up litter if they see it. Additionally there will be extra signage to inform people that public drinking it not allowed. If possible, a small play area for children will also be included, to encourage families to use this space.

Cuurently residents are plagued by public drug use and antisocial behaviour at the Mount, while police and council seem to do nothing for years.
