Most people in UK want to live healthy but they do not know how. I think people in the UK need to improve their eating habits and prevent the overconsumption of unhealthy foods and chemicals in their daily life. Why? Our daily menu includes mostly food with lots of sugar and fried takeaways. Most of the cosmetic products we use, contain toxic chemicals which make us sick (parabens, paraffin, SLS, EDTA, etc). The detergents we use can be bad for our health as well. Even the clothes we wear can be contaminated with GMO and toxic chemicals!!! There are many healthy products on the market but do we pay attention to them? Knowing these facts, I decided that I need to do something to raise the awareness of people around me. It is not an easy job and it takes lots of time and effort! The first step to help people live healthy is to give them the right knowledge and information. we are going to start issuing a monthly magazine for healthy lifestyle.
What we'll deliver:
Why it's a great idea:
Knowledge is the most valuable asset and if this precious knowledge about how to live healthy is accessible to more people, I believe we can live in a better society and in a harmony with ourselves. We want this valuable information and knowledge to be available to more people - to parents so that they can take better care of their kids and to teenagers so that they can make their healthy choices earlier in life. Thank you and I hope you will support me to help more people to have this knowledge!!! Thank you Aneliya Dimitrova Founder Society for Health
Steps to get it done:
I set up the organisation Society for Health with the main purpose to inform and teach people how to live healthy and in harmony with themselves. But how exactly? Well, we are going to start issuing a monthly magazine for healthy lifestyle. The topics we will cover are how to exercise, what to eat, how to cook healthy, what cosmetics to use, how herbs and essential oils can help us live better, etc.
