With Globalisation its getting harder and harder for small independents to scale up their businesses whilst having a bricks and mortar showroom. I think its high time to have more paces like Boxpark, but just have services, clothes, and beauty, Reformer Pilates areas, as well as a live music venue. This will give small independent business to be marketed at a group rate, as well as having a bigger audience. All independents can choose how many days they would like, and all be rostered round, per day. this makes it more possible for people passing by to see, feel, hear, try on their products or test their services.

VolunteerBeing a renter, it is quite difficult to have your own styles added, so this is like accessorising with new Clickety skirting boards, to hide wires, but then you dont need builders to uninstall etc, you can just clip open the boards by flicking them open so you can hide the wires. Also they look great like your i-phone case - can change colour when you want too.
As a landlord - its easier and less messier if you have tennents moving in and out and it looks neat and tidy without too many wires everywhere or any botchy jobs, so all utilities such as Virgin media need to do is run cables through the walls in Clickety Skirting Boards (P)
