To open a new music and arts venue in slough run by the community, in the community , for the community.

The venue will offer music, comedy and theatre to the community as well as spaces to rent for local social groups, jobs and training for local kids and unemployed people. We aim to try filling the building with various groups and activities 7 days a week from general day to day with a bar and kitchen, to monthly events such as indoor farmers markets and craft fairs.

What we'll deliver:

  • A venue to hold up to 500 people
  • A well needed community project in Slough
  • Jobs for at least 50 people in the area

Why it's a great idea:

A community space for local groups Employment for local Training for local youth interested in music and drama Boost to local feeling of neglect when our old spaces closed down
