This project was funded on 26 Oct 2018!

We want to start a free Lego Club for kids for kids aged 7-11 years at Shepherds Bush Library. It will be free of charge, and a great way to encourage creativity, as well as encouraging their social skills and imagination. We don't have a budget, so we are relying on donations from the public. Any money we raise will be used to buy Lego and base plates for building.

What we'll deliver:

  • Provide free entertainment for children
  • Encourage creativity
  • Encourage social skills

Why it's a great idea:

The idea has been very popular so far, and the public have been very generous, we just need a little bit more help to get it off the ground. It's a great idea for kids from families with not much money who maybe can't afford to pay for activities. We feel it will be fun for the kids as well as important for their overall development. It is also a good way to bring families from different cultural backgrounds together.

Steps to get it done:

  • Buy Lego bricks and base plates
