Our projects aim to create a positive impact on wellbeing and mental health especially during this uncertain time. As qualified Reminiscence Therapists, we aim to take our sessions live online as well as pre recorded for those living alone and or struggling in isolation and loneliness. Our lego therapy sessions and Boxercise sessions are aimed at those children with Autism and ADHD improves motor skills, coordination and helps reduce anxiety. The sessions are also adapted to those children in the community who want to join something new and improve fitness.Funding would help us to maintain the level of treatment and support in the groups along with our counselling division to work on a 1 - 2 -1 basis to those who are vulnerable or at risk, struggling with the many issues that have arisen during covid.

Our Lego Therapy, Dance movement and Fitness sessions will Improve mental health, fitness levels and wellbeing in the community. Boost confidence in social skills and communication. Build new friendships and conversations. Reminiscence Therapy will help those struggling with dementia and those caring for them providing support and 1-2-1 sessions, improve muscle memory, motor skills and stimulate brain function.

VolunteerWe are Studio Projects Chislehurst Community Interest Community and we are passionate about improving well being and mental health in communities through projects delivering Creative Arts, Fitness, Elderly exercise and reminiscence therapy and Lego therapy.
Share your Shine campaign was set up in March 2020 to help those in need with food parcels and essentials during the 1st lockdown. Since then we have continued to help those in need as well as try to raise funds for our much needed projects. We have 12 volunteers who sort, pack and deliver to families, schools, those in isolation and who lay be vulnerable or at risk. We also help local hospitals with food parcels and toiletries for patients and staff. Our intervention meant that we helped to raise community spirit in other ways to help those in need. We now have many children, families and those in elderly care really needing our help to imporove mental health and well-being during this time.
