Through breakfast club, lunchtime, and after school sessions we will develop and maximise the talents each young individual exhibits. The program will include: * Health and Well Being * Dynamic and Static Stretching * Sports Specific Drills * Game Play Situation * Team Building * Life Skills – Time Management, Preparation, Discipline, Leadership, Accountability * Cardiovascular & Weight Training * Flexibility, Stabilisation, and Science of Breathing Exercises * Nutritional Plans G&T runs over a 12 week cycle within which your child will participate in several sessions a week. * Week 1; Initial Assessments and Baseline Testing * Week 2 – 3; Behavioural and Emotional Understanding of Sport or Media field. Life Skill development to succeed within Sport or Media Field * Week 4 – 5; Advanced training * Week 6; Assessment Week * Week 7 – 11; Advanced Training * Week 12: Final Assessment The G&T program is designed to help your child excel in the field they are passionate about.
