The objective is to improve the quality of residential road lighting in the Ruskin Gardens & Cowbridge Road area, in a way which complies with national standards, reduced energy consumption and carbon emissions, reduced light pollution from improved lighting control, reduced future maintenance, improved safety for pedestrians and road users. Dynamic control is under consideration.
