I was looking to meet guys who enjoy fitness and make new friends along the way. I wanted a class that focused on quality full-body workouts without the camp stereotype ( Think Cher and everyone yelling ''Yassss'')
After searching London for groups that would let me do this, I found virtually none. So I decided to make my own.
That's what makes us different, we offer a workout for guys who are gay but don't want a gay workout.
Motivating, energetic and fun, a two part workout for 1 hour each 30 min HIIT Spin and 30 min Full body HIIT. Giving you a full body workout leaving you dripping in sweat and feeling amazing. All designed to work with specially mixed music push you harder
Currently the class will be held every Saturday at 10:30 for 1 hour, launching may 5th. It will take place in The Gym's Very cool and brand new Spin studio @ Charing cross. At £10 per session.

This will give many guys like myself a place to meet like minded people. Encourage others to take up fitness and help reserved guys make friends.
As dating apps get more and more seedy, Gay men need more varied groups so they can meet people that share there interests and let relationships grow naturally.
