Our aim is to create a new forest around Ledbeg off the A837! An ancient woodland once stood here and we want to bring it back.

What we'll deliver:

  • 10,000 new trees
  • Volunteering opportunities for older people
  • An educational programme for local school children

Why it's a great idea:

Through rewilding projects we can create wonderful new forests for everyone to enjoy. Not only that, carbon dioxide can be consumed by our new trees for lovely oxygen to be breathed out!

Steps to get it done:

  • Clearing the site of weeds and brash
  • Buying our saplings
  • Planting our trees
