Young Hammersmith & Fulham Foundation is a membership charity that coordinates the youth sector in the borough.
We look for opportunities to collaborate with the public and private sectors.
Our services address the existing and emerging needs in H & F and the change we make will result in high impact and sustainable opportunities for young people.
We will be offering grants of up to £1000 towards projects which directly benefit young people in Hammersmith & Fulham through our 'Change the Narrative' fund. To be in with a chance of a grant from us, your organisation must be a member of Young H&F. To become a member, you need to be a constituted organisation, delivering opportunities for young people aged 0-25 years old in H&F. Please see our full membership criteria.
