After China has announced last year that it will no longer purchase waste from Europe, recycling and creating a circular economy became a hot topic. We want to build a creative space which allows local to learn about recycling but more importantly create new exciting products from plastic waste collected from local businesses. Help us create a vibrant eco-friendly makers space where people can gain new skills and try out their creative ideas. Moreover, we plan to create products that are needed by the local community and businesses.

VolunteerI love our planet and it saddens me to see so much waste around the parks and in the seas. I believe we should not wait for big companies or governments to solve the rubbish problem, but we can start tackling it on the community level. Thus, I am passionate about creating first London-based makers space where we can teach people to create nice things from plastic waste. It's a lot of fun, good for the environment, and also brings people together and helps to develop creativity. What's not to like?
A bit about myself - I have always been passionate about recycling and a more conscious way of living. After travelling the world last year I realised that plastic waste is a burning issue and we need to start acting now. Otherwise, it will be too late.
I bring 10 years of project management experience in different industries. I pride myself on being a passionate problem solver and an “out-of-the-box” thinker, combining a highly analytical mindset with a strongly developed creative side. I am driven and enthusiastic with the ability to spark the same in others.
