It is a co-working space for the community in Pitshanger lane, Ealing. Why? We work more and more at home but it can be very isolating. I personally feel it can affect mental health due to the lack of social interactions. Also bc. we like co-working spaces. Where would it be? In the high street of Pitshanger lane in Ealing because this borough is quite isolated from Ealing broadway and there is quite a dynamic community. There are some vacancies on the high street. Or I was thinking potentially transforming the community library in a more vibrant working space! What would you have in the co-working place? Open space (coffee shop type), private boots for calls and meeting rooms with the right equipment for interactive meetings. All filled with plants!

What we'll deliver:

• Building a learning centre to provide a networking space for the community
• Work with local shops for catering
• Recycle

Why it's a great idea:

Benefits? Go out of your house, having different spaces to brainstorm, have meetings, create network events, host training session, share contacts, etc... in summary get inspired everyday and locally! It will also definitely have a major impact on mental health. You will be able to feel part of a community, supported in the day to day!
