Being an ex-offender i know how hard the struggle can be to get into employment, or with you just trying to do the right thing in life. the aim and purpose of my project is to help ex offenders get back into employment or training which will help reduce re-offending within my community. Help give back to the community by helping the same people in the community.

the reason why i think my project will be a good idea is because i'm doing it to help other people in my community who are going through the same thing i went through just to find a basic job. also will help save tax payers an avarage of £65,000 per prisoner and £13billion a year

VolunteerMy name is Cleese Emile Buck. I'm currentley working as Southwark Young Advisor. I've lived in Southwark all my life. Growing up i was involved with gangs and drugs. I ended up getting convicted at the age of 17 for intent / possison witrh intent to supply. was given a custodial sentence of 36 months. Upon my release ive held a handful of jobs however i ended up going back to prison for a crime i commited several years in the past..
