We are looking to improve our accessible toilet facilities with the building of an additional unit within a small new extension in order to provide an improved level of support to members with additional needs. The addition of a new accessible toilet will help make it possible for even more people with additional needs to enjoy accessing our services.
What we'll deliver:
Why it's a great idea:
People with a variety of additional needs and disabilities from across Cheshire, Wirral and North Wales access the various clubs, personal development programmes and social events at the New Scene Centre. We have a thriving membership of nearly 200 people with more joining each week. We are currently limited on how many people can comfortably attend our sessions by the number of accessible toilets available. By increasing this provision more people with disabilities will feel comfortable in attending and be able to enjoy the personal and social benefits of our programmes.
