This Summer we are putting on our annual Summer Musical 23rd Jul-1st Aug & for the first time we are combining our Musicians and Actors together to perform a Full Scale Musical!
At MTE we are big on providing 'High quality training opportunities in the performing arts for children and young people' but as a fairly new company we currently do not have the funds to offer funding
We are looking for funding to enable us to provide some scholarship places for young people who need financial support and who would otherwise not be able to access the arts. Although based in Hornchurch our members come from throughout Essex County.
In order to give our young people the best experience we are looking for funding to purchase some lighting and sound equipment. This would up our production values and provide the young people with a chance to see how the technical elements of theatre work. By purchasing this equipment we would also have it for future projects which we run throughout the year.
What we'll deliver:
- Scholarship places for Youth Actors and Musicians
- Lighting and Sound Equipment
- Facilities Hire
Why it's a great idea:
With access to the arts in Schools being cut each year, more and more children and young people are unable to find affordable ways to access the arts.
By supporting us you are allowing us to make the arts affordable and give access to young people throughout the whole of Essex to arts.

- Put on our Show
