Mindful music project is about health, wellbeing, self expression and social cohesion. We want to establish a welcoming space for former service users, people engaged with the community mental health team and people who have been in local hospitals or who've experienced mental heal problem in the past. We will help realise dreams, teach skills and provide a platform to be heard and make new friends. We will partnership local mental health hospitals,community mental health team creative practitioners to deliver bespoke arts programmes that tackle issues of social exclusion and low skills. Additionally, our projects help build self-confidence and improve social and emotional wellbeing by engaging people with their identity, by interacting and communicating with others through creative activities and by connecting with their locality. We believe developing an understanding of these themes leads to a greater sense of belonging and purpose.

What we'll deliver:
