Help us transform a vacant Kennington high street unit into a functional, vibrant and forward-thinking space for aspiring artists, so we can help them make their dreams a reality!

Help us by supporting the refurbishment of this fantastic space, enabling creation and development of music/creative careers; offering affordable, accessible workspace, delivering industry standard training and a programme of creative workshops, exporting skills in digital music, song writing, business development and artist acceleration; attracting 20,000 users, making 60,000 recordings. Despite experiencing growth Lambeth remains one of country's most deprived areas. Help us address this by bringing our unused unit back into commercial use, regenerating the space we have committed to leasing, for local community use. Currently the building requires substantial redevelopment to achieve this goal. Playing a role in fighting local economic downturn, our project actively promotes prosperity by creating confidence in the neighbourhood’s commercial landscape, generating growth in the value of nearby infrastructure and an increase in the potential to attract outside investment.
What we'll deliver:
Why it's a great idea:
Addressing the lack of enthusiasm from surrounding traders the build and promotional activity will add confidence to businesses and stimulate a culturally cohesive identity whilst it positively impacts the cultural prospects of its residents. Through adopting cross cutting themes this project aims to address inequality by working with other organisations to engage disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in opportunities that support their ability to generate their own prosperity whilst playing a role in the overall prosperity of the initiative
