Want the funding to help do up new building for doctors surgery to have the space to teach lifestyle change a small gym for the ladies who dont want to use public gyms and a kitchen to teach how to cook healthy foods less the use of sugar and consultation rooms in a friendly atmosphere for diabetic children with indoor and outdoor play facilities

VolunteerI am a diabetic so are my kids i am a single mum who has gone through alsorts of problems relating to this disease including depression with the kids sucidal thoughts lack of self esteem not have much awareness apart frm books and leaflets i want to set up a unit at my gps surgery who is backing me fully to help other families educate them to manage there lifestyles change daily habits cooking skills exercise health care foot and eye care so to reduce the burden on nhs and to help the families take control of this illness and not rely on the gp and nhs
