Small communities in North Lincolnshire cannot get a fast connection to the internet. Evan where FTTC does exist, it is limited to homes that are close by. A large number of homes and small business struggle with slow or in some cases no internet connection. Lincsfibre is a community based scheme, run by the community, for the community with all the benefits going back to the community, We plane to install fibre direct to the home or business with a connection speed of 1Gb. A simple duct system is to be installed along verges to the premises using a mole trenching system. Fibre can then be blown down the duct at ant time. Making the system ideal for expansion and available for new homes to join the community later. Monthly cost will be no more than £50 and hopefully closer to £30 with a connection charge of £150. Members of the community can install the provided ducting on their own property to reduce the connection charge. The more people involved the more people benefit from FTTH
