we would like to purchase a commercial coffee machine to provide coffee to users and raise funds for the library

The machine probably a group one commercial coffee maker will be operated by volunteers to provide coffee to users during the normal opening hours. Users out of normal library opening times will be able to use it by agreement and providing training is provided. Currently filter coffee is only provided on a Friday morning. We would like to offer alternatives, espresso, latte , cappuccino etc during all opening hours and increase the revenue.

What we'll deliver:

  • Encourage greater use of the library
  • Improved library user facilities
  • Source of funds to keep the library open

Why it's a great idea:

It will provide improved user facilities, an ongoing source of funds and enable us to maintain the current opening hours for the users
