Letting Off Steam will holistically promote positive mental health in families and the community. It will focus on: - Children's mental health by delivering support groups for children to attend and have fun. - Anxiety management sessions for anyone who would like to receive support and ways to manage anxiety. - Support groups for teenagers - to provide a space for them to let off steam and process their emotions. - Support groups for parents of disabled children - to provide support and advice. But we need your help to make this happen! Please support us to bring Letting Off Steam to life in Liverpool!

VolunteerThe Opening Doors Project-Rice Lane has been providing support to families and the community for 4 years. The aim is to promote positive mental health and community resillience in its broadest sense.
The project encourages parent and child participation in actvities and we are devloping activities and support groups for children's mental health.
From the beginning of Covid-19 we have provided an online timetable of activities for all the family. We started a feel good project and children and families have enjoyed socially distanced minfulness walks and outdoor play scheme when the restrictions reduced in August.
Project Owner: The Opening Doors Project The Project Owner takes legal responsibility for receiving and spending the funds raised and ensuring the project is delivered.
