For the protection of our children and the community we want to provide a defibrilator to maintain life should the unthinkable happen and an individual goes into cardiac arrest near our school site. Currently we are not aware of a machine in our vicinity and know the right thing to do would be to provide one.
What we'll deliver:
Why it's a great idea:
Health is essential to all of us, we all need to live a healthier lifestyle- however we cannot predict what might happen and sometimes people have underlying conditions that they are unaware of. Nationally statistics show that cardiac arrest in children is on the increase and this is scary. We want to have the confidence that we would be able to give any of our children, parents or staff members the very best chance of living should this terrible predicament blight them.
