Build and create a quality long lasting sound and sensory garden space in our concrete tarmaced playground. To be used by 350+ children with both mainstream and a special needs school sharing the playspace.

What we'll deliver:

  • Reduce fighting and boredom in the playground to give more variety to play.
  • Used by 350+ mainstream + 100 special needs children 3x a day
  • Large quality musical instruments made from recycled materials

Why it's a great idea:

We are seeking funding for £1000 for materials. The Junk Orchestra.co.uk would be funded £1000 to build the designs from the school music budget allocation. £1000 labour is provided for free from Parental volunteers would ground prep and install. The school is an inner city London school in a highly deprived part of the borough and recently awarded the prestgious Gold award for arts and culture.

Steps to get it done:
