Lache's football team started in 2018 run by volunteers/parents, it was started as Lache did not have a football team and all the children where traveling out of the area to play for other teams. Current Lache have two Under 10's team and 2 u11s teams have been using the local school field for training and matches, however next season they will become under 11's and the pitch will be to small for FA regulations. There for have been allocated a new pitch at the Water towers in Handbridge, so will have two site's for training and matches. At each venue we require a storage unit for keeping the equipment safe and secure. This will ensure each team have there own kit and equipment for training and match days.

What we'll deliver:

  • Improved Phsyical and metal well being
  • Older young people and parent FA Qualifications
  • Sence of belonging to there comminity

Why it's a great idea:

Parents will benefit knowing their children are playing football in a safe space, learning new skills and learning socially transferable skills. The wider community will benefit from young people being engaged and socially committed to the community in which they live in from a young age.

Steps to get it done:

  • Purchasing containers

We are rapidly growing but don't have the facilities we have no storage to keep what equipment we do have in.
