Alford and District Cricket Club needs dedicated coaches to continue our quest to teach local children the wonderful sport of cricket. Not only do we teach children the skills necessary to play the game but we also teach them the sportsmanship long associated with our sport. To continue this work, we continually need new coaches and new coaches need training. As a small, rural club, this is an expense we struggle to cope with. We need 4 new qualified coaches to cope with the growing number of children who are joining our club. That’s 4 training course places we need to fund. Every £ of assistance helps.
What we'll deliver:
Why it's a great idea:
Our new coaches will help more local children to participate in this sport. They will enjoy the contact with other children, exercise and lots of fresh air at our ground on the edge of the town of Alford.
