The high street will be transformed with on street festive characters roaming the high street. To encourage families to explore the range of unique shops in Hornchurch we will incorporate a circulation driver throughout the town centre, to generate footfall to cover the whole of the town centre and to encourage loyalty and spend throughout Hornchurch. The circulation driver will consist of children having to find the on-street festive Christmas characters to stamp their unique Christmas cracker leaflet to enable them to be able to visit Santa to have a picture with him to take away on the day.
Carol singing, on street circus acts and free children’s rides throughout the afternoon will add to the vitality and entertainment throughout the town to ensure everyone has a ‘Cracking ‘ festive shopping experience at Hornchurch town centre.
