Highlands of Abagusii in Kenya are a place to spend a lifetime with family.The project of beekeeping will bring people together,young and old.More over our crops will flourish and food security seen.

I dream of a home where my future is bright and also my communities. Beekeeping is my future,I have 7 langstroth hives that have helped my family financially, food wise and the planet in one way or another. I would like to see my fellow youth have an opportunity like mine .By having a project like this alot of unemployed young men and women can gain a lot .Honey is sweet ,and seeing people work together is even sweeter. Apiaries built around my community will bring this happiness. Happiness to us humans and also most important the Bee's. New technology like flow hive seem to have a goog effect on the bees livelihood, collection of honey will also bring money to the whole community. Hopefully the food industry and planet will survive . Thank you.

  • Give honey to old folks for medical reason
  • Community development

Why it's a great idea:

Brings community closer to nature. Will help to bring income for young youthful minds ,thereafter make jobs . The earth is also a very important place to be ,live ,play,bees polinate our farms and give us food.
