The club is committed to offering the best possible facilities for the local community to participate in both cricket and the social opportunities.
Over the last few years we have invested both time and money in growing the club to where it is today, a strong centre of the community with over a hundred regular participants on a weekly basis throughout the summer. As part of this development we have already committed to (work has started) building new practice facilities at a cost of £12,000, as our potential to raise revenue has all but disappeared with the lockdown, we are looking at alternative ways to fund some of the above.
What we'll deliver:
- New practice facilities
- Continuation of sport in the local area
- Great opportunities for al age groups to participate in outdoor activities once the 'Lock Down' is finished.
Why it's a great idea:
Ongoing sports facilities for local schools, social groups and residents.
Steps to get it done:
- Up keep of facilities
- Completion of new practice facilities
