I currently work as a work coach with Department for Work and Pensions where I provide information , support ,advice and guidance on range of issues, such as careers, education, employment, training and benefits.I am also passionate about jewellery making and I spend my spare time making unique pieces, I want to teach and empower others. My target audience are those looking to work from home and those looking to develop their creative skills. i want to run jewellery making workshops for beginners and as well as how to set up self- employment. Main of the project is to: 1. To teach learners how to make simple but beautiful pieces of jewellery that learners can wear with pride and sell. 2. Share information on setting up self-employment 3. How to create a plan to successfully sell your products at craft fairs, jewellery parties and through online social networking outlets. 4. How to access potential customers and generate leads to secure sales

This project will build capabilities and skills of the learners and as well as creating employment opportunities, it will especially promote working from home and can help those looking for working from home opportunities because of their caring responsibilities . 2. It can also help those looking for additional income but are unable to do so because of their main work commitment. 3. Support and motivate learners to help them develop their creativeness 4. It brings together people in the community and increase community engagement 5. The opportunity to increase knowledge, skills and experience within the community. 6. Learners will meet new and like-minded people, discover more about the different people within our community. 7. Its creates a vibrant local economy, where this workshop provides practical, educational financial freedom opportunity, a more vibrant local economy is one of the potential long-term effects of backing community projects and initiatives.
