Helping Ex-Offenders get back into employment by training them to become qualified Track Engineers!

We will work with society’s hardest to reach and equip them with the skills to become fully qualified Rail Track Engineers. The country is currently going through a massive restructuring of it’s archaic rail system and needs thousands of new workers to work on improving the infrastructure. We hope to train those who have massive barriers but want to re-integrate back into society whilst making an honest living. Through funding we can help over 200 get onto our courses and become qualified by 2020 and have gained small funding from the Departmeht for Work & Pensions.
What we'll deliver:
Why it's a great idea:
Many Ex-Offenders have come out of prison, looking for an honest living but become stuck due to society looking at their past. Through this project we hope to help many become their own success and not only give them the tools to go into work but become the backbone of this country and rebuild the infrastructure which in time helps everyone. We already have the backing of companies like Network Rail and if we can achieve our targets to help 200 Ex-Offenders become qualified Engineers it would make a massive difference to re-offending statistics in this country.
