Essence Good Health Yoga is designed to take care of all your fitness desires, including your psyche. Our philosophy is to teach you everything there is to know about obtaining and maintaining good health through yoga. We hope to teach you a new awareness of your body, mind, and spirit. We also hope that you’ll gain the knowledge and the ability to push yourself to new limits in each discipline. We take a very balanced and open approach to good health and yoga. You’ll find something that meets your needs and blends with your personality, hopes, and goals. Not only do our teachers have the most up-to-date certificates in their discipline, but they all practice what they preach. Finding inner peace and fitness is something that they hold true to themselves. We hold them to the strictest requirements for certifications and knowledge, so that you can rest easy while you take on your new adventure.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT • To promote good health by offering free of charge yoga classes that cover the following aspects: i) Yoga Asanas (Postures) ii) Prayayam (Breathing Exercises) iii) Ayurveda (traditional Hindu medicine native to the Indian subcontinent) iv) Acupressure v) Naturopathy vi) Balanced Living vii) Meditation • To promote good health all members of the community regardless of age, gender, colour or creed • To promote cohesiveness within the community through spirituality, unity and good health. OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: • Offer free yoga classes as preventative approach to promote good health and regulation of ailments to the members of the local community. • To promote good health and peace in the local community through yoga and healthy living. • Strive to create an environment and awareness in departments of Education, Health, Forces, Industry, Business and prisons to adopt yoga philosophy and principles as a regular and necessary practice.
