works full time and it's getting very difficult to manage both roles. Money would be used to support build the infrastructure to enable the project to become sustainable through numerous volunteers trained up to support variety of activities. This would enable them to broaden offer out and open more giving adults access to IT etc.

What we'll deliver:

• Widen community Offer at Fusion to more Tonge residents
• Create a sustainable project
• Create a vibrant community hub

Why it's a great idea:

It's offering so much for the community and is based on what the community asks for.
We need more projects and volunteers supporting local communities and creating that space we once found in local pub etc.
The group have so many ideas but are restricted due to funding needed, time to obtain this and volunteers to do this.
Recruiting new volunteers, giving them the training they need to do variet of roles within fusion, will increase skills, knowledge and confidence to move back into work. This can be an ongoing program but Fusion need the one paid role to help facilitate this.
