Essex School of Wrestling is hoping to be able to work with schools and communities around Essex in order to tackle obesity and bullying in and around our local communities and Essex. The ring will be hosted in the local village hall, with the potential to move the ring to other locations when desired. Classes will cost £15 for a full Sunday session,10am-4pm.

What we'll deliver:

• Marketing in the local area and visits to local schools to give presentations to what we do and how we can help them.
• Help the local community hall with new flooring.
• Putting a wrestling ring with adequate safety matting.

Why it's a great idea:

I myself was bullied from the age of 10 until 15, my father who is a wrestler helped me, he taught me the wrestling trade which helped me over come bullying not with violence but with perseverance, instead of getting stressed and biting back at them, I learned to shrug it off. I lost a lot of weight and overall had a better out look on life.
