We are hoping for a all amount of funds to help complete our celebration for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee on Friday 3rd June 2022.I understand that the deadline has beenissed but it is vital we secure some much needed help towards the costs of arranging such an important event with the aim of reconnecting our disadvantaged run down estate.The aim is hire a couple of bouncy castles for the day and purchase some garden games to keep the many children that live here entertained throughout the day,forming new friends and relationships.Also needed is to purchase buffet food that the community as a whole will prepare together for the day.After years of no contact this is exactly what is needed to reignite the community spirit we have always enjoyed in Penlan.

What we'll deliver:

• Bunting, cups,hats hand sanitizer

Why it's a great idea:

As explained above the benefits of the children and residents of our estate reconnecting after such a long time drifting apart will prove invaluable going forward as a community.

Steps to get it done:

We have already arranged and paid for out of our own pockets even though disposable income is very much non existent in these tough times,multiple recycling bins for the event to ensure good practices on the day and in the future,arranged tickets to avoid anyone drifting in on the day,soft drinks and crisps for the children and a Jubilee special Victoria sponge.
