I want to empower the community from youth to adults in giving them real business goals and teach them about making a real change. I want them to learn online opportunities as well as offline businesses. I want to change the negative mindset to a mindset of a successful person. It seem like people are happy to keep people to doing sports or music but not actual entrepreneurship and teaching them about real estate and investments . this is the way to empower them all. We need to get everyone a equal chance to succeed. Im not here to plaster up the cuts in the community but im her to teach them how to stay away from sharp objects so not to get cut. I can only do this with help from others that really want to see a change.

What we'll deliver:

• Give better options for our your people that are getting caught up in knife and gun crime
• Have a urban business center
• Help family's live with a better standard

Why it's a great idea:

Its a great idea because there is such a need for it. I see people everyday with great minds and talent and could be so successful in life but have no money or encouragement/mentoring to make that change. Kids that are drug dealing and in gangs say to me that there is no positive way forwards so we have to give them that way.

Steps to get it done:

Well I've been trying with alot of other people in the community to make a change but the lack of support is a main factor of failure. We want to change this and commit to our community. We always hear this and that about help ect but never get it or it goes in the wrong hands so the real community members that need it never get it. We go to places that certain People never go, we talk to people certain people never do, this is just one of my projects as i have many that will succeed but again we need others to really want to help us which unfortunately we never have.
