Given our focus on future generations and education, PATT intends to further promote environmental education and encourage students to be active learners. Online, there will be learning resources, activities, and discussion areas for students and teachers. Lesson plans will be created in accordance with IB and IGCSE curriculum criteria. We hope to bring environmental education to as many students around the world as possible through the use of the portal. We have schools eager to participate throughout the UK - and we are wanting to expand into India, Sri Lanka and Thailand. The more schools - the more connectivity between students. The preparation of environmentally responsible individuals to take on the leadership positions is vital to the future sustainability of our planet. PATT intends to bring environmental education in a form of active, participitory learning - that will make the children eager to learn and engage!

What we'll deliver:

  • Arrange and help coordinate fundraisers in the schools to raise funds for planting trees
  • Engage students through interactive environmental games and activities
  • Provide lesson plans, activities and guides in accordance with curriculum criteria
  • Provide a platform for students from around the world to engage for mutual benefit

Why it's a great idea:

We hope to bring environmental education to as many students as possible through use of the web portal, an educational tool that both teachers and students are excited to use. Today’s generation of students will be tomorrow’s leaders and the preparation of environmentally responsible individuals to take on the leadership positions in our society is vital to sustainable use of our planet’s resources for future generations. Every person’s actions count and we feel environmental education must be brought to everyone. We envision the growth of the network of schools that promotes environmental advocacy where students and non-students are working towards a common goal, a healthy planet where healthy people live.

We hope you are excited to be a part of this vision and to help make it happen. There are fewer things more important than bringing education to our children to enable them to protect our planet for themselves and for future generations.

Steps to get it done:

  • Phase II: Expansion of program internationally through involvement of interested schools
  • Phase III: Identification of new target groups and possible inclusion of the diploma program.
  • Phase I: Pilot project with multiple Schools in the UK working with students
